Following is a list of commands that you can use for AreaFix:

+AREANAME         Connect an area. The plus sign is optional.
                  Examples: +SYSOPS_ONLY
                            SYSOPS_ONLY

-AREANAME         Disconnect this area. You can also use !
                  instead of the minus sign.
                  Examples: -SYSOPS_ONLY
                            !SYSOPS_ONLY

%-ALL             Disconnect all currently connected areas.
%+ALL             Connect all allowed areas.

%LIST             List all connected areas.
%QUERY            List all areas allowed to connect.

%COMPRESS         Set compression to ARJ, ZIP, etc. or none (PKT).
                  Examples: %COMPRESS ZIP
                            %COMPRESS PKT

%PASSWORD         Changes your AreaFix password.
                  Example: %PASSWORD verysecret

%PKTPWD           Changes your packet password.
                  Example: %PKTPWD blabla

%HELP             This information. It will be sent automatically
                  when you make some error.
